If you’re not covered, our admissions counselors will be happy to discuss your financing options so that you won’t have to face paying the full cost of treatment up front. We have strong relationships with some of the top lending institutions that deal in loans for addiction treatment programs. With the insurance and financing options we offer, we’re able to get just about anybody who calls us into our rehab program with little to no delay.
Whether you are coming to us from in state or out of state, you don’t have to worry about figuring out how to get here. We have many free transportation options available.
Clients Traveling from Outside of Arizona
Nearly all airlines fly into or connect with Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Let us know if you need us to pick you up at the airport and bring you the rest of the way to Prescott. We can also pick you up from smaller airports, such as Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport.
If you are traveling from out of state and need us to pick you up at another location, contact our office to see how we can help.
Clients Coming from Within Arizona
Many in-state clients choose to drive or take a Greyhound bus from their hometown to Prescott. The driving time is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes between Phoenix and Prescott.
We can also arrange to give you a lift if your transportation options are limited. We often pick up Phoenix-area residents since we are frequently there to meet clients at the airport. We also give clients a ride from their homes in other northern Arizona locations, such as Flagstaff and Sedona.
If you don’t see your mode of transportation listed here, don’t worry: Call us to find out how we can help you based on your particular travel needs. We are firm believers that lack of transportation should never prevent anyone from getting the addiction treatment they need.
Transportation Services During Treatment
Although the goal is to immerse you in treatment and avoid outside distractions, sometimes there are urgent matters that can’t wait. If this happens, know that you will never be stranded.
We will make sure you get to where you need to go to take care of important obligations such as:
If you have medical needs beyond what our on-site staff can provide, we will help you with transportation to and from appointments with other medical providers. This includes in-town appointments that are recommended by our care team, as well as important appointments outside of the Prescott area that cannot wait for treatment to conclude.
We can also help you with travel if you have court dates or other legal matters that need immediate attention. Our staff liaison can facilitate communication between you and your legal representative, meaning you are never cut off from your legal obligations while you are immersed in treatment with us.
In the past, we have seen situations where a client had to travel back home in the midst of treatment to take care of an urgent matter. In this type of situation, we can send a staff member with the client so they can benefit from our supervision while treatment is on hold.
The Bottom Line
You are never alone with us, and nothing is too far away. We do what it takes to make sure our clients get what they need.
